A good kids' scooter is speed-limited and stable: our models reach 6 to 25 km/h and a range of 10 to 25 km. 8 of these 14 kids' scooters are RDW-approved. Choosing a safe electric kids' scooter

With a kids' scooter it's all about safety and the right speed for the age. Our children's scooters start at 6 km/h for the youngest and go up to 25 km/h for older teens, often with multiple riding modes (such as a safe, cruise and turbo mode). That way you, as a parent, decide how fast your child may go. Many models have ambient lighting and solid puncture-free tyres for maintenance-free fun.

Which age and which scooter?

For children aged 5-7 there are gentle models limited to 6 km/h, such as the Denver SCK-5300 (from €139). For ages 8-14, models like the Segway-Ninebot C8, C10 and C20 offer more speed (16 km/h) and a range up to 20 km. Always choose based on age, height and experience — and have your child wear a helmet.
